Silanized adsorption tube(Dedicated for thermal desorption)

★High temperature resistant silanized coating ★Minimize the residue

Product presentation

The solid phase adsorption tube (abbreviation: adsorption tube) is the basis of the thermal desorption method. It concentrates and fixes VOCs on site and transports them to the laboratory for analysis by the thermal desorption method. The quality of the adsorbent tubes on the market is uneven, and the quality of adsorbents from some manufacturers is poor, which seriously affects the recovery rate and baseline of the test results, resulting in a decrease in accuracy. If the weight is heavy, the adsorbent particles enter the thermal desorption equipment and cause damage to the instrument. Therefore, the quality and selection of the adsorption tube are very important. However, the high price of imported high-quality adsorbent tubes puts users in a dilemma. In order to overcome this difficulty, in recent years, through design and material research, the company has developed a high-quality adsorption tube. Its inner wall is inert treated with silanization technology, which can be applied to many occasions.

Product Features

The standard specifications of the company's adsorption tube are: outer diameter 0.25 inches, length 3.5 inches (that is, 0.64mm ╳89mm). Strict aging has been carried out before leaving the factory to minimize the residue. There are several combinations of adsorption tubes. Common combinations are: combination 1 adsorption tube (Tenax GR + Carbopack B), combination 2 adsorption tube (Carbopack B + Carboxen 1000), combination 3 adsorption tube (Carbopack C + Carbopack B + Carboxen 1000), Tenax adsorption tube, Carbopack B adsorption tube, activated carbon adsorption tube, silica gel adsorption tube; can be combined according to the following table to meet different needs, and the size can also be customized;
